Terms of Service
Terms governing use of Cod.
1. Acceptance
By adding, configuring, or using Cod in a Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Intended use
Cod is intended for legitimate Discord server administration, support, applications, moderation, role management, levels, and automation.
3. Discord rules
You must use Cod in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, platform rules, and applicable law.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use Cod to harass users, spam, facilitate abuse, evade enforcement, unlawfully collect personal information, or perform actions you are not authorized to perform.
5. Permissions
Server administrators are responsible for granting Cod only the permissions required for enabled features.
6. Custom command permissions
The /permit system allows Administrators to delegate individual commands. Administrators are responsible for reviewing and revoking those grants.
7. User content
Tickets, application answers, moderation reasons, and other submitted content remain the responsibility of the server and users who provide them.
8. Availability
Cod may be updated, restarted, limited, changed, or taken offline at any time. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
9. Changes to features
Commands and features may be added, changed, renamed, or removed as Cod develops.
10. Data
Cod may store information required for enabled features. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
11. Staff responsibility
Server owners are responsible for staff actions performed through Cod, including moderation decisions, role assignments, and application decisions.
12. Limitation
Cod is provided as-is for private use. No guarantee is made that every feature will always work without interruption or error.
13. Termination
Access may be removed where Cod is abused or where continued use creates a security or operational risk.
14. Updates
These terms may be updated when Cod changes.
15. Effective date
Effective 2026.
