Cod may store Discord server IDs, user IDs, role IDs, channel IDs, message IDs, configuration, XP, warnings, application content, ticket settings, reaction-role mappings, welcome links, autoresponses, and permission grants.

3. Message content

Message content may be processed where required for features such as autoresponses, ticket transcripts, applications, or commands.

4. Purpose

Information is used only to operate Cod's configured features and remember server settings.

5. Administrator responsibility

Server administrators decide what information they ask users to submit through tickets and applications and should avoid unnecessary sensitive information.

6. Access

Stored information is intended for Cod's features and authorized staff where applicable.

7. Hosting

Cod uses third-party hosting infrastructure, which may process technical service data under its own policies.

8. Retention

Data may remain until reset, cleared, deleted, or no longer required for the relevant feature.

9. Security

Reasonable care is taken to protect credentials and configuration, but no hosted service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Credentials

Never submit bot tokens, client secrets, passwords, or other private credentials through tickets, applications, or public Discord channels.
